Please Note: We do not offer refunds on purchases. However, items bought from our website can be returned for store credit, which you can use for future purchases.

We’re happy to assist with returns made within 5 days of receiving your order and receiving exchanges within 10 business days. 

To maintain the highest quality standards, we can only accept footwear that is unused, in its original condition. For the best care, we recommend trying on your shoes on a clean, dry, soft surface to avoid any damage, and keeping them away from moisture.
